Art historian and presenter of BBC’s Britain’s Lost Masterpieces Bendor Grosvenor has explored an incredible array of British artworks and artists from 10,000 BCE to the nineteenth century, revealing how art was created, what made it distinctive, and why it took so long to emerge.
In this special talk organised by The Arts Society Cumbria and chaired by the society president Hazel Jacobs, Bendor will deliver a presentation focussing on the history of British landscape art.
